Financial considerations

• Our rates are available by request.
• All payments are by credit card.
• All gratuities and other charges are included.
• All financial arrangements with Providemus are made prior to arrival. This includes establishment of credit card information.
• A deposit reflecting the anticipated costs will be charged in advance.
• Shopping and other incidental expenses authorized by the client will be charged as they occur.
• A detail invoice will be sent at the end of the visit.
• Any remaining charges will be processed at that time.
